Re-processing post-consumer PE and PP has many challenges. Post-Consumer baled bottle streams can be inconsistent, have contaminating plastics, and varying levels of dirt, trash and debris. Our goal is to ensure the transformation of inconsistent baled material into a consistent quality of regrind or repro.
